Australian Centurions Honour Board230 viewsThe Centurion Honour Board is a magnificently made board which features various sections of inlaid wood. It was crafted by co-founder Tom Daintry and presented to us in 1997. It now records the names of all the walkers who have completed 100 miles of walking within 24 hours in Australia in sanctioned competition.

Steve Jordan Remembrance226 viewsWhen Steve Jordan (C58) died in late 2014, we were lucky enough to get this keep sake for our club records. As Steve was an avid fun runner, it was perhaps fitting that the shield we have was awarded to him in 2012 to recognise his feat in completing his 200th monthly Tan run with the Victorian Road Runners.

The Australian Centurions Badge213 viewsThose walkers who complete 100 miles in our centurion qualifying event are awarded an Australian Centurion badge. For their first successful completion, the badge is numbered. For subsequent centurion efforts, they receive an unnumbered badge. Each Centurion club around the work has its own unique badge and many walkers try to collect as many as they can - but it is not an easy ask!
